We are a team of tight knit professionals based in Nicosia, Cyprus, who decided to create ABC Construction Cost Consultants LLC with the vision of modernising quantity surveying and cost consultancy services through new technology and forward thinking management to provide leading services to our Clients, collaborators and team members.
What we do
Traditional quantity surveying services
We provide quantity surveying services and cost control consultation from inception to completion for all types of construction projects, residential, commercial and civil, renovations and new builds.
We strive to create an honest and transparent relationship with Clients, Design and Construction teams from the start of the project to allow for a fruitful collaboration for all parties. From our experience successful cost control and management is best achieved with strategic thinking, proactive risk management and clear communication.
Productive and meaningful input at all stages of a project's life cycle enables us to understand Client requirements and project drivers to maximise its budget and value.
Specialist cost consultancy services
The scope of Quantity Surveying has evolved due to the increasing complexity of the construction industry and demands of Clients. Over and above the traditional services offered by Quantity Surveyors we offer Cost Consultation Services for financers and review bodies. These services can range from independent reviews of the progress of the works in relation to payments, to due diligence reports and project management and monitoring.
We believe that detailed reporting can assist our Clients in identifying areas of concern and highlight the efficiency and health of a project.
Our experience
Our team has experience of over a decade in the industry, with direct participation in some of the island's most significant projects. We
have been involved in large scale mixed developments, residential projects, marine works projects, civil and public projects.
As each construction project is unique, we aim to capitalise on the dinstictiveness of each situation and circumstance to enhance our collective
knowledge and experience so that we are better equiped for every project we take on.
